that Russian kid offseason is so thick it looks like he can't even sleep on any angle without any help ,he's so damn thick at 5'5/5'6 everywhere.

ya bro he piles on a ton of weight in his offseason but imo it's preventing him from coming in sharp like he did a few years back.

I was in my 2nd year of bodybuilding when I ran across Lesukov's amateur pics, I think we are the same age, we were like 19yo at the time....true story I almost quit bodybuilding right then and there. Crazy genetics. But man has he lost his lines badly

Do you attribute any of this to insulin use/abuse?

Could be but me thinks that he has been riding a motorcycle at night with no lights and a coal miners hat on no accidents. Keeps Belknap kicking.

Someone posted Mike's first Blackstone "interview" on the Hardcore board.  I agree that "career suicide" isn't something that befits a guy like Mike.  I don't know him personally, but in all his videos, articles, etc., he comes off as a well-spoken and intelligent individual and a very cerebral competitor when it comes to training and dieting.  His wife also competes and I know he trains and does prep work for other competitors.  If this wasn't something that could help him financially or professionally, it's probably not something he'd be interested in.  Again, I don't know him personally but the training and dieting principles I've "stolen" from him over the years always work.

Revelation, thank you for your post.  When it comes to competitive bodybuilding, I think the biggest secret is that there is no "big secret."  It's called consistency and genetics.  You either have them or you don't.

really? what is there to do in Hungary? him and his wife moved to America to seek their fortune. It's a shame to give up so soon.

Steve was a good guy on the boards and didn't run away like other pros

I don't think he went home considering the description under this clip from the 8th.
