Heres an old trick I learned from some doc buddies of mine:

Find a large glass vase.

Break it on the floor, making sure to stomp on any big chunks to break them up even further.

Take off all your clothes, then roll around naked in the broken glass. Make sure to spend extra time around the hives areas.

Could be food related, stress, medication, new laundry detergent... you should try to find out the trigger.

Meanwhile, Benadryl should help.
