I like Tedim as a person.. he's a good guy. The problem is there is not one shred of evidence that he's ever been anything but an average  guy. And here on Getbig we aren't real big on taking people's word for it.

Yeah the shoulder is shit I tore an anchor out where labrum bicep meet, arm hurts....I did the lift today and can hardly move my arm, need more time and praying not to get cut again.

WELL we do our other esteemed get bigger has tough time with a bottle of agua but can get under a flat bench'clean as a whistle and or bell'and crank out a few .

well groink that's extremely impressive than for a guy his height isn't he 6 feet? actually... I don't think he realizes how elite these numbers are. most guys in the NFL at 200 pounds can not rep 400 on the bench and squat 550. Reggie Bush used to work out at my gym a few times in LA, he weighed around 215 at sev's height...couldn't rep 405.

I do have to ask though, whats with these guys lifting world class poundages and garbage physiques? he must be  related to OTH

cut on 1/3/13.....tore out anchor a month or so ago.

Fuck that blows....I fell, and landed on my elbow..and pushed my humerus up into my shoulder and fkng mangled it.  But thank god I recovered with no sethacks...that would frustrate the living shit out of me to have to keep dealing with it and starting over.

...my best friend actually did run a legit 4.5 in college..He played D1 lacrosse...after college we played in a flag football league together...I use to laugh because all these other kids would say their times and he would just blow by them.

This^^^There's some pro football receivers who are built to run and use all the right kinds of hormones to run and hover around 4.4-4.5...

This is not true at all. My friend ran a 4.4, (black kid)...he's playing D3 ball in the middle of nowhere in new mexico somewhere.  makaveli25 who posted here ran a 4.6...at 6'1 and about 210 pounds. He played d3 football.

These 4.4 kids do exist but they are few and far between...

I posted videos here a few years ago when you were probably like 15 benching 315X10 and 405X3 .. also 405x10 squat and 540x1...500x3 etc

I stand by my claims though.

you said your best 100 meter is 11 seconds? lol...I will post a video of  breaking 11 seconds in the 100m by the summer time....at my current bw...or just running a basic sprint. We can let the public decide...CAN FLINSTONES FUCKING FLY? or not...

The great NfL receiver Jerry Rice ran a mid 4.6 40 and was also clocked at a 4.8 before. Anything 4.5 and below is fukcing moving...

Of the hundreds of football players that showed up to the combine, only 31 players at the 2013 NFL Draft Combine ran a 4.46 40-yard dash or better. Every single one of those 31 was either a wide receiver, running back or defensive back.
