Who else likes indian cuisine?

I am a fan of southern vegetarian spicy dishes and not only .. the northern ones as well with meat.

there's a type of Indian food that's actually very low fat as opposed to traditional Indian food that are very heavy in fats, butters and creams.

there has been a migration in the past half century from India to Tanzania. the Tanzanians use very light oils and hotter spices I their cooking so what has happened is a combination of all the Indian foods you typically would like but cooked w these light oils and spices. the taste is amazing. it's like eating 'clean' Indian food.

Chicken madras, pilau rice, peshwari naan, bombay potatoes, popperdoms and mint sauces.

Exactly, chinese food is huge here but the irish are slow to pick up new things. I love saag dishes

This exactly, although swap the peshwari naan for a couple of chapatis and the mint sauce for some onion salad  8)

Indian food is incredible.....tandoori chicken, naan, gulab jamaan, and a whole bunch of tasty stuff i don't know the name of.

Everybody who swore they hated Indian food changed their mind after dining on it w me
