Bodybuilder dead body caught on google images

Did you guys hear about this?  Father of a dead teenage bodybuilder is mad at google images because of a satellite image of his dead son next to railroad tracks. Crazy what technology can do. The image in question will be removed but will take about a week to do so.

I'm surprised he didn't sue. After all he could use the money to take a vacation, buy a house and a new car to get over the pain Google caused him. (sarcasm for the slow) Anything that can be observed by being in a public place is fair game for images unless you are pushing a camera between a girl's legs. How is Google responsible for every satellite image of the world it takes?

A couple did sue and they did win....only the judge awarded them 1 dollar... ;D   No lawyer would touch the case
