What is Boron?

What is it?
 
Boron is a mineral that is found in food and the environment. People take boron supplements as medicine.

 Boron is used for building strong bones, treating osteoarthritis, as an aid for building muscles and increasing testosterone levels, and for improving thinking skills and muscle coordination.

IS this true?

Any side effects?

Thanks   so no benefits from it....But, what about side effects?  I heard anything beyond 100mg can be toxic.

Me and my buddy bought this in like 1992, back when you had to send in a check via envelope to a company somewhere based on an advertisement. It did absolutely nothing, my first wake up call to the world of supplements. Boron does raise testosterone levels.................. .......but in geriatric post menopausal women  ;)

its depressing isn't it? I used to spend 300 bucks on supplements a month. CLA,omega-3's,multivitamin, vitamin C, calcium ::)
