mike and I prefer ruhl to any and all the sub-200lb midgets running around saying they do (almost) no drugs, and have whackey "small person" proportions and shit. specifically thick limbs (small wiener) no chest no lats stupidly long upper body and funny voice funny accent. we dont particularly like those guys but we put up with them. unless they go overboard and claim 545lbs for 6 rep benchpress, and have some retard friend saying theyve got perfect proportions lol.
