YES!!! I MUST CONCUR!!! Almost everyday i eat either a mexican pizza, grilled stuft burrito, double decker taco supreme, or hard shell taco supreme! This year makes 12 years I've been eating it, and it gets better and better. Although when cutting up, I suffer like a love break-up.

in muscle and fitness a while ago (december '04) they had the best and worst choices for fast food and under taco bell they put these as the best foods:

chicken ranchero taco 'fresco style'- only 4 grams fat
bean burrito-14 gram protein, 8 gram dietary fiber

they said the worst foods were:

nachos bell grande- 43 grams of fat! and 80 carbs!- stay away
fiesta taco salad- 47 grams of fat! and 80 carbs!- stay away

If I'm eating at T-Bell I'm not worrying about nutrition and that means the Steak Cheesy Gordita Crunch. It's actually not even on the menu anymore but it's the best thing they ever made and will still do it if you ask.

I would say if you are going to eat fast food (convenience or simply need for something tasty) go to taco bell or alike.

dont -wont eat there. had a bad experiance. running to the toilet with cramps 3 hours after eating there. it all came out the back end and while sitting there in pain dumping, my mouth started watering as i was about top throw up. my body wanted that shit out!!!!

Can honestly say i've never tried Taco Bell.Then again I can honestly say i've never in my life eaten more than 10 times from any fast food place such as Taco Bells,McDonalds,Burger King etc.The food is crap imo & i'll take a home cooked meal over it any day of the week.

yeah i've never in my life had tacobell,arby's, or burgerking.....thats really the only ones we have close to where i live in BC haha
