If a person has a pre-existing spine/vertebrate problem, and continues to do (heavy) deads, that person really should talk to some older people that made the same choice.  I'm sure it will facilitate a moment of clarity for you.

I'm 57 with over 25 years of training.  how much older do you want.
i also have liver disease, peripheral artery disease, a heart murmur
and have had at least 1 stroke.  the gym at the ymca in down town dayton
is on the 4th floor and getting there is in itself a challenge some days.
my training extends my life and helps maintain my mental health.
I continue to train because it's what I have passion for.  It's what I do.
I live life on my terms and accept the consequences
of my actions be they good or bad.  I do what I want.  I live life for me and me alone.
by your comment I'd be willing to bet you're a christian.  no free thinker would come at me
with such blabber.  fuck man i can't even dead 4 wheels nor have the need to squat over 2 wheels anymore.
I'm no mass monster i'm a swimmer.
there's your moment of clarity son.  fucking cross licking gimmick

You sound like a train wreck.  Have you considered changing your approach?

I was born and raised in a christian community, and have no issues with christian beliefs or any other religion.  They're all fairy tales.    I'm not a churchgoer.
