I can't listen to music when I train. I need full concentration, but back ground music is ok. I just wish they'd stop playing fucking techno shit at the gym! I like to listen to music in my car though:

DMX
XZIBIT
Slipknot
Mudvayne
Metallica
Coal Chamber
Deftones
KoRN (favourite band)
Limp Bizkit

I have to many CDs to list. I love music.

It doesn't matter whether they are playing Black Sabbath or Britney Spears. When I workout I am mentally focussed to such a degree that I am not aware of what music is being played.

If I had a choice of what kind of music must be played I would prefer the kind I don't like (rap, popular music of any kind including Metallica and Nsync) rather than the kind I do like (Classical music). This way I will not be predisposed to paying any attention to the music.

Coolest DMX song would have to be that 'one more road to cross' one.

I've been crankin' the Machine Head 'Burn My Eyes' and Fear Factory lately.
