There is no debate."Gluten Intolerance" (if it even exists at all) affects not even 1 percent, (less than a percent), of the population so the probability that you or anyone has it is VERY small.  Only a moron would fool themselves into thinking they are "Gluten Intolerant".

There's so many people that do this. They diagnose themselves like they're doctors and then head to the grocery store to shell out their money on gluten free products thinking they're eating "healthier".

just google all sorts of claims against gluten.  People say once they stopped eating it, their skin got better, they cured cancer, their AIDS went away.  People will believe anything.

I want extra gluten products.

Bagels, pizza dough, and bread that holds its own shape during rising and baking (as opposed to pan baked, like a sandwich loaf) are all higher in gluten protein, assuming they're the real McCoy and not some fluffy frankenfood industrial knockoff.  Pretzels too.  The real, old school, doughy, chewy things, big as two hands, that were boiled in a lye solution and then baked hell hot.

Idk what these dry ass things in a bag that turn to waxy salt-meal as you chew them are.  Frito Lay crapola.  They don't even need gluten since there's no leavened body requiring structural support.  Aeration is achieved by chemical means, probably with a temperature specific baking powder and synergic blowing/congealing agents.  So  they get to use a cheaper non-gluten grain like rice or corn and then charge a trendy price, since it's gluten free, to a public who thinks gluten is bad even though wheat has been the staple grain of western civilization for a really long time.  The levels of bullshit boggle my brain.

How much?

As a gluten allergy sufferer, I'm pretty sure I've eaten these pretzels (and they are good) but I'm also pretty sure they're about $7- per bag.

Falcon, I asked you about gluten in another thread but you ignored me.  Then you stole my word, hebros.  You really know how to make an enemy.

You do not know what you're talking about, imo.

I can tell within about 20 minutes when I've eaten gluten.  (Especially if bread was the primary thing I was eating -- It's not so bad if it's just a cookie after I've already scarfed down a bunch of meat, rice, veggies and other stuff theat doesn't have any gluten.  (Starts with burping, which turns into weird, foul-smelling gas and then belly pain and a bunch of trips to the toilet.)

I WISH I could eat gluten.  Sometimes I would kill to be able to eat a croissant or good pizza without suffering.
