hear here, who(besides of myself)would have guessed.

the chain jerk reaction was big here to reinforce the its all drugs memo.

i always suspeted his gear is shit or hes exagerating.

or hed look the same on much lower doses.

i am the very first who always says high volume ,concentrating on movement isa best etc.

but! when young, i was in and out the gym within 30 minutes at times, 3 times a week, (yes heavy doses, maybe more than him, not 13gramms, but since mine was real, most likely more than him,ie his gear will be 5times underdosed id guess)and i grew to quite some size, with oxlike strenght.

everything was great, back was thick and wide and dry.

it really worked.

but now in the 30s, can simply forget about that, things change.

gear or no, the body is a wonder machine when young.

no aches here and there, no fucking stiff spine for 30minutes upon waking up, at age 20 i felt liek i could sommersault out of the bed when waking up.

im no physiologist or anything, but things are different when very young.

do you go off entirely?

if yes, do you even lift while off?

what i mean do you go to the gym when theres no contest in the near future?

would you advice ppl to go off training and gear at times to give the body a break?

esp if they dont plan competiting.esp the going off trainign part.

I know a few competitors who go off completely to give their body a break, but they've all been at it way longer than I have. I still have a lot of size to gain..so I never stop. My advice is to bulk in the offseason and try to get as much clean new weight as possible. I blast and cruise, keep my BF% moderately low, like under 14-15 so I never have to spare muscle when it comes time to diet.

He says he dieted on 4000-5000 cals so maybe he's running fake food too.

I've been adding more volume recently, focusing on more pumping movements and avoiding lockout... trying to put more strain on the muscle itself and as little as poosible on the tendons/connective tissue.

Been contemplating going up to a routine hitting everything twice weekly... espcially now since im on the sauce.... You have any recommendations for a split that hits everything twice a week? Cause traditonally

I've always done the Yates split,
Mon - Chest/Bis
Tues - Back/abs/traps
Wed - Off
Thursday - Shoulders/Tris
Friday - Quads/Hams/Calves/Abs
Sat - off
Sun - off

Since I've been on the gas and focusing on a less weight/higher rep routine, I've seen much better progress and I'm not exhausted all the time... I've also dropped cardio to 2x weekly 30 min low intesity sessions, and just focused on being dead nuts on diet..

Anyway, any good ideas for a 2x week split? And do you think it would be beneficial over my current routine, considering the small amount of gear im running? (250mg Test Cyp/Week and 300mg Tren A/week)

why are you running tren when you're above 20%+ bf?
