I've known a few guys who were on a few gram cycles forever (cruises are a gram of test) and they've got minions of children. But if you ask a lot more people who juice hard, some of them do have some fertility challenges that they might not mention. You just see kids pop up, but you don't know if a couple have been banging for years without conception.
I don't want to be a fear monger because I know I have shit genetics. Any side effect you can get from AAS I usually get it. I get shut down super hard, but having watched myself get blood work each week and try a bunch of different things I could observe my body getting started back up. My endo said I took a little while longer to recover too and that he's dealt with lots of juicers. He said it's a mixed bag of apples. You will have absolutely no way of knowing how your sperm production will be affected. It doesn't matter if you have swole nuts and wanna fuck hardcore during PCT and you think you've recovered. You could still be shooting blanks.
My endo actually knew about a few cookie cutter cycles like 8 weeks of test enth and nolvadex. He's had people running test, deca and dbol so I was able to talk to him candidly. The biggest takeaway advice was that if you want kids, plan to come off for a bit. Get in shape, get your life in order and do the best you can to come off gracefully and start taking some clomid or HCG. Those are usually easy enough to get. But I warn you, Chinese HCG is shit. I've tried a million different kinds that did nothing. HCG straight from a pharmacy will work a million times better. When I megadosed it, it almost felt like GH (anticatabolic, which I needed as I shrank big time).
