Friend of mine recently met Big James Henderson at the IPF worlds in Fl.and got a "fan pic". My friend, who is no small man by any means as he weighs 330+ lbs, looked like a little kid next to Henderson. I think Henderson said he weighted around 450 lbs...

Kovacs was huge no doubt about it , but he just looked ugly with it, and laboured !!

They had him on a sport programme over here once when he was here on promotion, the sport programme is light harted and one of our most popular shows. He was sitting on a couch being interveiwed, and he was sitting next to one of our "Allblacks"(thats our national rugby team)whom is a forward and is big in his own right(he was around 6ft4,and weighed around 115kg), any how during the interveiw the "Allblack" was laughing because he could see hymself in the monitor next to Kovacks, the interveiwer asked him what he was laughing at and the "Allblack" replied---" shit people call me big but sitting next to you I look like a dweeb, your arm is bigger than my head and I have a oversized head!!!!"

I live in Toronto so I see Kovacs around 3-4 times a year at various places, events (clubs, grocery stores) everytime I see him I'm still in awe, I'm 6 1/2" 240'ish, Greg just looks like a wall of ripped muscle, if you ever meet him in person, esp. around summer time when he's wearing a tank or muscle shirt..goddamn the man is just unreal looking and ripped to shreds (although even at 6% bf he still carries a huge GH gut). He literally makes anyone around him look like little sticks. I know he can't pull it off for a shot, but in everday condition he looks pretty damn good and lean. Though on a sidenote he has horrible proportions/balance.
