I can't speak for anyone else but I've been off for nearly five years now. When I was on I had aged skin, very greasy, with acne on my face, shoulders, pecs, and top of back, and was seeing the first signs of hair loss at the top of my scalp (at age 31).

All those problems have since evaporated - even the hairloss - my hairline is as good as its ever been, skin is great, never get acne, especially on my torso and people tell me I look younger than my 36 years. I've been training natural all this time and I'm now only about 10lbs off my gear weight with abs more visible than they've ever been.

expect to look softer, less full and less round. in short way less impressive.

use anabolics> look great/ be strong/ chance of side effects and health issues.

don't use anabolics > look less impressive/ hold less lean tissue/ be healthier w no sides.

And looking back I did a deca cycle with low test and my hair and skin looked great. Now this guy wants to look like ronnie coleman so he's fucked either way.
