just driven and determined brother (it helps alot when it comes to training and "diet" so i'd recommend that you work on cultivating a strong drive and determination)

most athletes have this same drive, focus and determination

p.s. L Bird used to shoot hoops til his fucking hands would bleed, talk about drive and determination, not sure if he is Scotch-Irish though ;D
