how does it look in the relaxed pose

weirdest thing i ever seen.looks like monstroeus gyno on his left side, but looks like implant on the right

Looks like he had severe tear on left side, then decided to "hide" it with implants.

That's not a bad surgeon. It looks normal and perfectly concealed relaxed, when the arms are raised and muscle changes shape, then it becomes obvious.

Agreed. If he wasn't so shredded (an extreme state) and flexing he would look pretty normal.  Cosmetic surgeons can't be expected to accommodate the lifestyle choices of bodybuilders and other extreme athletes.  No way to know what caused his original problem, but that's when his bodybuilding career ended.  Don't blame the surgeon.
