Letting myself go

At this time of the year after a hard year of training its time to relax, i will be eating anything and everything even heme iron i might put on 15 extra pounds by the end of the year but come jan i am ready to go hardcore again.

Yes, but how much of that is water retention?

I think Trainer will gain 15 pounds of fat and probably another 10 to 20 of water.

hm, i dont know, usualy its gone after 3-4 days dieting, that could mean almost all water, but it could be half fat.

i could roughly claculate it, but either way, wont be too much fat.

still sucks,stepping on the scale is always a shocker after those days.first you see the face in mirror twice the size than few days ago,hope its just morning bloat thwen you step on scale with empty stomach and get it confirmed, pure weight gain

yes 15lbs of fat gain on purpose will be no fun to get rid off come spring

After my weight gain has completely stalled on a conservative surplus diet, I decided to eat whatever the fuck I want for a week. My face is bloated and I look like utter shit, but it's all for the greater good.

Today while you guys where eating your white rice and dry chicken breast i ate some tacos and  quesadillas at taco bell then later i ate philly cheese steak with milk shake yum yum :P

Is this code for going off cycle?  I know juicers in the gym when they go off for 8 weeks and get soft they claim they are taking a well deserved rest.
