Hey guys, has anyone tried these,saw it advertised in mag the other day and wandered what the differencewas between that an an ordinary protein drink after training?
Ive been using 'maximuscle' products and take ther 'promax whey protein' drink. They also make a weight gainer, creatine, glutamine cyclone powder (whey/ceatine/glutamine mix), and now this recovery shake.
Would anyonethink of taking one straight after training instead of whey drink, but have whey later on, so u include both in diet?
Reason i ask is b/c i already take whey, but am thinking of adding either creatine or recovery drink to diet aswell?
