I grabbed some of this today due to being so cheap. i dont use many supps at all but i do like a pre workout as I work long hours. Just curious as to whats the time frame before one should not use it ?

Powders often hold up better than RTD's/liquid formulas. If you're not planning to use it right away, keep it sealed and store it in a cool dry place. I wouldn't open it until you're ready to use the entire container. Sometimes, expiration dates primarily pertain to stock rotation purposes.

if they're near expiration or recently expired, I wouldn't worry too much about the effectiveness

One thing I notice about pre-workout powders near expiration is that they kind of harden up or sort of solidify/clump...especially bad with "monster pump" from cyto
