i disagree! get yourself francos book, it's way old and red... there are some amesome pics in it. me fav is a pic of a back latsspread, there are no air even showing between his arms! it's crazy and awesome! someone might be able to find it... can not find the book...would be cool to se it. franco got in an argument with yates because of that pic about who had the greatest back. francos back was so awesome!
one thing about wath franco did for his back! he was not much into incline benching...more of a flat bencher...and what is interesting about that is de devloped one of the freakiest upper chests of all time! regular routine for guys back then would be bench press, dumbell press, flyes, pullover with dumbell...do not forget the pullover exersice! it's awesome! you never see anyone do that in this time and age! if you have a nautilus machine i would do at that one...but chances are you wont...rumors said that yates even had one of those machines at home!
