got alot of inspiration of mike in the beginning...i got a copy of fontainhead and tried to read it...i forced myself halfway through then i could not stand it...got a copy of heavy duty 2...jesus what that dude was into philosophy...the reason why i gave fountainhead a try was because i tried heavy duty and did 2 workouts a week...to much time on my hands
