do you remember what Platz looked like most of his career?  look for some pics of the Mr America in LA when Tony Pearson won, Platz was regularly owned by Ron Teufel, who was known for his abs.
all of a sudden, the universe in Mexico, Tom got himself some biceps.
He is no competition for Lou.  The Golden Eagle is a crowd favorite...so is Lou...legends live on!!!

Teufel had a good physique, Pearson had great lat width, and a small waist very poor lower body.

Big Ron Teufel was always winning contests and featured in MD magazine.  He owned Platz.  Of course he passed away years ago.

Big Louie, nice guy, movie star, a legend.
