I went from a normal idiot, to a bodybuilding idiot, to a person who now realizes you just need to eat when you need to eat. Stop listening to everyone fucking ramming "diets" down your throat. Your body knows when you need to eat.
Generally speaking, once or twice is enough. If you need more, maybe snack. Maybe add another meal. But do what YOU need to do, not what you're told to do. People can't get this through their fucking skulls for some reason. Too much dogmatic dieting bullshit that everyone waits for you to tell them the magic secret/gimmick that'll make them slim.
