My mother was a nurse since the 70's and this kind of kinky medical cases were the kind stuff talked about during cofee breaks for laughs.
At that time there were no modern drugs like today, just wine, liquor and cigarettes to the ones who could afford them since this happend during fascist times.

In 1974 my country was experiencing fascism. Poverty and hunger was how people lived.
Only rich had black and white TV, most people didn't even had a radio. Having tv or not was irrelevant because everything you saw there was censored.

No friend, what i am saying is that in my early twenties there was a deca-durabolin scandal with some famous athlete over here, and my mother at dinner table told us this old story that happened when she was in nursing school. She heard it in first hand.
