I don't see anything wrong with it since they are just doing something they love. Its their passion. As long as they are getting a checkup every now and then and being monitored, why should we stigmatize them? Some of them are living their dream, their lives to the fullest with this drug, who here can say they are doing the same?Besides, genetics goes a long way. Perhaps some will respond differently. Its all worth it in the end, they are having the time of their lives and finding ways to share it with like minded people, some having a lot of sex in the process.
