I do 3 caps of AMP and it kicks the shit out of everything else I have ever tried. Redline RTD's are good too, but nothing touches AMP IME.

damn the ultimate orange formula is so easy to replicate...I can make a home version of it cheaply and easily..and it will probally be better tasting as well.

Keep this thread going, what alternatives today do you think will have any effect?

Personally I'm not so keen on using something every time I hit the gym but I would consider having a couple of bottles in the fridge for the days I wanna set a PR or just being tired.

I might add that Ultimate Punch was simply a better product. Better taste and it didn't have that gritty feel in my mouth. But please remember this about these UO products - you ended up taking the equivalent of like 3 servings of a fatburner in 1 serving of UO. You would be saying Ripped Fuel, Hydroxycut, Charge, etc was the best ever if they suggested you take 3 times the correct serving amount like in UO.

Thanks for the link Gamma,but its USA only,but i have found a supplement store online here in the UK that sells it.In your opinion how many capsules of this do you need to take to get the same feeling as 2 teaspoons of UO.And does this contain ephidrine,or just give you the same feeling as ephidrine.

I take four caps because i'm a long time stimulent abuser..You may start with 2 and work your way up from there..Amp provides a calm euphoric feeling. Nicest feeling by far of any thermogenic i've ever tried..Not a jittery ephedrine feeling..It's also made by Dan Duchaine's understudy who knew more about steriods than dan in Patrick Arnold...

the typical amp serving is 2-4 caps...4 caps works best for me...If i add an ephedrine, it kills the mellow (Jacked) amp feeling i get from the amp..Amp is also a great appetite suppresant..4 caps works all day. Amp contains chocamine and its half life is a lot longer than regular caffeine. The price is about 29.95 from US based online discounters..
