Everyone knows that really high blood pressure is a killer on the kidneys. But nobody talks about what the pills that keep the blood pressure under control do to the system. There are no magic pills in life. Does anyone know what these pills and pills like Viagra are going to do to the organs?

235 lbs of 30 percent plus bodyfat.  All Chicken Breast, Protein powder and Pizza.  (mostly bodybuilding food though, just in large amounts)  I would make 100 gram protein shakes just for fun and have a few with my lbs of beef and chicken.  I was trying to forcefeed myself to gain a bit more weight to increase my lifts.  I could NEVER break that weight despite eating 4000-6000 calories day in and day out.  Its as if I had an absolute limit that I reached.  Believe me, I tried.   I did want to enter a natural powerlifting event, but they canceled it due to not enough people interested.  So there was that.

Power to weight, I am stronger at 160 though vs 235.

One thing that I will never know and I wish there were some sort of simulation to run instead of actually doing it, is how I would look if I did ever use a steroid.  I have no interest in using them, but it would be kind of neat to know what it would look like.

No, I have no interest what it would be like "to be on steroids".  That part seems the most miserable.

I`d like to know how it would look without doing them.  Think of it like this.  You are playing Grand Theft Auto V and you have a Benefactor Schafter.  You are curious what it would look like if you put fender skirts and a new hood on it, but you are not going to spend the money.  So you go to Los Santos Customs and drive in to preview it.  You find it interesting, but you drive right out without the mods.  But now you know what it looks like without actually going with the mods.

Nope. You must think I am a god or something though if you think that is steroids, so I take it as a compliment.

That was rather stupid of you to do.  Quit just like that.  You never got to play anything good.  Games are not meant for children anymore at all.  Hope this helps.

Whatever you need to tell yourself to justify your adolescent hobbies. Almost as silly as swilling beer and watching grown men prance about a field in tights while cheering them on and gorging your belly with processed foods.

hey just general thing, there was more than just the initial bloodwork done.

lol, ofc , its nothing like near acute failure, not in any way comparable to pros etc.

it goes like this, if you carry on its a safe way to dialysys eventualy, those are the exact words of the doctor.

its the very first slight signs of chronical problem, nothing acute.it hasnt shrunk, when a kidney has shrunk, youre fucked.

hence, there is no carrying on.

and yeah i asked but hey only 250week is this possible, the guy looked at me like i was the biggest moron worldwide and says ofc its possible.

theres various factors, age etc.and some people react very sensibly to gear, some get harsh sides very early on.
me, id get brutal bloodpressure issues at merely 500mg week, even on dead clean diet, ppl know im very serious about diet.

so, think of this, if you sensible and great responder to low doses, this is common(usualy ppl respond better to low doses than to high doses mg per mg)and have 250 weekly, and eat a not so good diet, you will get high blood pressure.this wont show immediately in the kidney parameters(this what i mean when i say an ok bloodwork result doesnt mean everything), but it will do you kidneys in over time, thats what they call chronical failure.,happens very slowly.
now, well, think of it, some get high bloodpressure on whatever dose(have you ppl checked blood pressure after cheat meals?do it sometime.or better after cheat days),250,750, a gramm, doesn tmatter.
whatever the dosage is for the individual, imagine running this years non stop, with elevated blood pressure for a good percentage of the time.
this is precisely how stuff happens.
cant just say nah 250 wont do nothing.ofc its safe to say that 250 wont do much damage if its a 2months cycle on clean diet.

some get gyno from 250 weekly, a big fucking tumor, some dont get itchy nipples until 1500mg weekly.

some get hairloss from test in the very first week, on 250, i seen it happening in person.

so, the correct wording is 250 week is kinda minimizing the risk and can be run forever, but its not totaly idiot proof.

The reason why you stay lean all year round.
yah, and hate the bloaty face first and foremost.

and i got no problems to admit, if i try to play "size game" the gut and obliques will outgrow everything else.they are the "best" bodyparts, lol, best response by far :D

too bad its the 2 areas where one doesnt want any groth at all :-X

"I have no interest in using sterons, but I am interested in what it would be like to use sterons"
just yesterday, i met some woman, we talked randomly a bit, she says shes very horny so and so many days after the mens etc, she talked about the isue to such an extent that it became repetive and boring even to me.

i asked her but surely she wonders if the grass is greener elsewhere than compared to home.

she says shed never do that, but then went on how she goes to parade down the city to see if men watch her, claims it feels good to know she could if she wanted.

would never cheat on hubby she said and then few seconds later asked if i want to go to toilet with her.i ask why do you need someone to hold your euders.she says nah i got a bra for that purpose.

we exchanged numbers later on.

ok, adonis, what would happen on steroids, depends, its rather a journey, not a one time explosive gain.
at the beginning most will find pleasure in bulking not realizing how out of shape they get, this is followed by a time where they want gain some more before cutting down.for many, this state becomes permanent.
some others dont like the sides or are disapointed in the results bc it takes hard work nonetheless.
and some few manage to diet down and get the look they dreamt of.
while others think the sky is the limit and start a competitive "career".

My BP stays in range on 1/2 a tab of lisinopril ED provided I don't eat over 50gs of carbs and don't get over 220lbs, but yeah that's the real killer. 2 decades of elevated BP plus sugar issues is going to wreck a lot of long time users.

I take a day off before and after leg day to prevent over training.. I think you like long 2 hour sessions too, that's what probably causes the problems.. lots of sets = lots of muscle breakdown for the kidneys to process (and dehydration cant help)

do you think being dry all the time for that ripped look has anything to do with it

it must be hard to stay hydrated that ripped

especially if taking cafeine and no carbs

i see you know well what its about.

i now take days off the gym no matter what.the permanent high volume training with 50 sets yes i did that every day per bodypart is too taxing long term.

and yes, bodyweight, dont matter if its fat or muscle,if its too much, its too much.

now the days after legs and back are off days period, no negations about that.

ofc training more often one simply will be more shredded, thats the experience, but well, the pric is bit high, even a set of healthy kideys will run into its limits when theres too much rpotein breakdown, which happens precisely on harsh diet and loads of training,as you pointed out.

im glad i never had blod pressure issues, expect after huge meals somewhat, but the idiots who overeat on cabrs over and over are all working towards insulin resistance and the followup issues.

basicaly its as simple as that, if the blood pressure is fine, all will be good.
thats easy said, but the reality is steroids will make bp skyrocket like nothing, its in their very nature and "purpose".

for me the issue was the too much breakdown, im very happy to not be the blood pressure kind of issues guy.

good point on the dehydration, when very lean, the day post carbing up,its scary how fast the water goes away, makes you think its not normal to drink so much water.

pissing alot can also mean diabetes is kicking in,many will think pissing alot means kidney problems, nah, its more a sign of diabetes possibilty.
aned thats very hard to find with just regular bloodwork, just checking glucose levels, even throughout the day doesnt say much about the state or risk of diabetes.

diabetes is reserved for those who permananetly overet on carbs ,though.

see above.
it can be done but its a very tight act

esp when going all they lean, at the end, the weirdst things happen.

If I posted a picture now, you would just accuse me of the same thing.  How do I know?  Because I look the same as I always do and you posted the same thing then when those pictures were posted.  So what would change?  Nothing.  Therefore, it really does not matter what I post or don`t post.  Besides, asking for my picture is more than you can expect from me right now.  You are partway in the doghouse so to speak.  That could all change however.

I have never stopped training and I currently eat around 2500-3000 calories.  I have never missed a workout and never have taken any time off from training.  I never will either.
