It seemed when I was younger, men went to work and women stayed home taking care of the kids/house. Then fairly quickly day care centers appeared everywhere and the wife went to work too. Kids from a small age were being raised by strangers in an institutional environment under the pretext that it's school. Now so many women are making more than there man.  If they want someone to be home with small kids some guys are staying home.  

I wonder how the dynamics of husband and wife change with that arrangement?  If a guy wants to go out for a night with the guys does he have an ATM card to access the money she makes or does he ask his wife for money?  Does she eventually start looking down at him and start admiring the men that work at her place? Is she embarrassed when she has to explain to others the arrangement of her working while he stays home?

I could never do it. It'll bore the fuck out of if the most important issue of the day is 'chicken or fish' for dinner. I hate sweating the small stuff which is why I've got a cleaner coming in twice a week. Fuck all that shite after a long day. I'd be a TERRIBLE house husband. I enjoy working. Enjoy the pressures and even the politics. Working with smart and dynamic people sure beats watching Teletubbies and ironing shirts.
