Here is my diet when I'm taking insulin:
4am 1 scoop of whey protein, 1 yoplay fat free yogurt and glutamine
5am Work out
6am 50 grams of whey protein, 45 grams of simple carbs(Gatorade) this is when I take insulin 10 i.u.'s
7am 8 egg whites and 1 cup of oatmeal with splenda and cinnamon.
9:30am 1 chicken breast(skin less bone less) 1/2 cup of rice and 1/2 mixed vegi's (corn,carrots,peas)
12pm 50 grams whey protein and 1 green apple
2:30pm chicken, rice and mixed vegi's
5pm chicken, rice and mixed vegi's
7pm Dinner,what ever my wife fixes me. She usually cooks me something low fat ,high in complex carbs and high protein.
9pm 50 grams of time released protein and 1 green apple.
This is about 3454 calories 381 grams of protein, 378 grams of carbs and 485 fat calories.
I also take test susp. and tren 1 cc a day. while I'm on. I'm trying a new thing were I go 30 days on and 30 days off. I normally do very long cycles. Except insulin witch is no more than 28 days on and about 30 days off.
