Heisman Trophy - Your Pick

Fellow Getbiggers of the college football fan ilk, let's hear who you would pick for the Heisman Trophy this year and why.

Give a compelling reason for your pick.....unacceptable answers that display homerism, homoism or a lust for A.J. McCarron's girlfriend will be publicly derided.

I would vote for University of Arizona running back Ka'Deem Carey. He had a stellar season on a team that started slow and came on late.

Should have been Marquis Lee of USC, still the most dynamic player in the FBS, but bad coaching screwed his season.

Just slow. Now I get it after a few minutes, he has carried a team that has no offensive line to a winning record WR's suck and weak running backs.

Compelling reason: Stats are better than last years (when he won). And let's be real, the Aggies would have been nothing without him.  He is the entire team.  That defense really let him down.

This is interesting because the rest of the country doesn't get to see him play much. Do his off-season problems hurt him in the voting, kind of like what I think happened with Ka'Deem Carey?

This.  I'm no Johnny Douchebag fan whatsoever but he carried that team this year. He has Evans to throw to, who is a stud himself, but other than those two that team wins maybe 4 games with that defense and schedule.

Jamis is good but he's on a team that is fucking loaded on both sides of the ball. And FSU played the 66th easiest schedule in the country.

Also, after the shit he had to go through with some skank trying to ruin his life just to protect her own (she cheated on her bf so accused Winston of rape to save her relationship), the guy should get paid in addition to winning the heisman.

What makes you think Free Shoe U isn't paying him?
I doubt he's getting Cam Newton money but I'd bet he's doing alright.

I agree. There should be some sort of punishment for the accuser and some compensation for the accused.
