Yellow flower of peace.
I always have 2 gerberas in my house, always different colors depending on the mood, one in the kitchen and one in the living. Today it was yellow and pale orange.

Pretty sure that reptilians dont suffer from herniated disks.

I am very lucky genetic wise when it comes to legs .. But will train them smart and safe from now on and keep cardio at 30 min daily.

GTFO. You played tennis right? Have done cardio right? Are a twink right?

That means you have worked out your legs in the last 7 years. You aren't in a wheelchair.

Also brutal taking food pics ala Facebook.  ::)

A beautiful mind indeed.

That was dinner  ;D

I think I might eat quite little to be honest. If I will feel like it I will eat more.

Wow. I would starve in a meal that size.

Brutal American portion dependence on my part.

This is how I eat when I diet, 3-4 times a day. I noticed that smaller portions help tighten up the stomach plus I am not chasing taste or calories. I want to feel a little hunger all throughout the day. If my belly is full that means I ate too much.
