Here is the one great thing about Ron.....he doesn't like everyone but he doesn't get rid of them for that reason.

I can only imagine someone like Jephrius taking over......a third of Getbig would be gone all because he "didn't like them". 

I also like the fact that Ron doesn't spend all day trying to decipher whose gimmick is who. People here go completely apeshit over "gimmicks".
