Watched, now my thoughts: Cameraman...dramatic, cop filming bandwagon douche looking for a viral video. 'Shes a girl', I guess I missed the law forbidding arrest of women.  The girl: Total drama queen playing the victim, she could have easily submitted. Why fight arrest? I am far from a fan of cops in general, as no matter how polite I've been I often get treated like shit regardless, but this cop was well within his rights.

The young woman was being placed under arrest and she was not cooperative, therefore the officer was justified to use control tactics to, as he says, affect the arrest. On a Use of Force model, she wasn't even a passive resister, but an active one. Her struggle was proof.

These officers have zero to worry about. They did their job with the least amount of force and simply forced compliance using control tactics. Her position on the ground was standard in such a situation.

Altought I have always been treated pretty well by most police officers, exept women cops

Small town cops, feel they own the town(they pretty much do, actually), every one of them is friends etc.  If you don't know them, or are not a hot chick...Expect to be treated like shit and hit will everything they can get you on. Easier to get dirt on them in smaller towns, stuff gets around.. but yeah more or less treated like hero's. Big city regional forces treated like paramilitary and not well liked.
