my girlfriend did 40 minutes on the incline walking machine today$


which seems like she got some dedication

but 1hr later she was eating a bowl of ice cream and chicken wings


i said this is not gonna make you lose weight and she gave the old "oh but i havent eaten all day ... i dont eat like this everyday" bullshit story


i feel like she never gonna drop the fork so i've given up on that
she was working out but not looking different... and o told her "when youre ready to stop wasting your time and actually make some progress, let me know and ill show you how to eat".

took her about 3 months. Of course she actually wanted yo lose weight because she was used to being in decent shape and having a kid ruined her self esteem thanks to fatness.

shes in the besr shape of her life now and hates eating shitty anymore.  Once they see some progress and look better its all over.  They have to get sick of not getting anywhere before theyll stop making excuses however. And they have to want to not be fat.
