Arnie never really beat Sergio and even admitted he lost the 72 olympia to Sergio years later. Sergios build is perfect and in his come back he should have placed higher than 8th, he looked great. To bad he wouldnt get on his knees like Arnie did for the Wieder brothers and smoke the peace pipe. He could have been the champ as long as his wanted. He wasn't close to Arnold. He was not his equal. That's a crock of shit. Arnold was taller, better conditioned(something Sergio had no idea about), and he had tremendous peaks on his biceps - AND!!!! he had a chest that could rival or surpass even today's GH abusing pros! Arnold's overall presence was just more "OLYMPIAN" than Sergio. And let's face it, height IS an important factor in bodybuilding - the judges factor it in . It's genetic just like the propensity to build muscle.

But SERGIO had "POTENTIAL" OMG!!!!!

Let's be fair here guys...

Most of these pics show Sergio well past his prime, he was 43 in that video clip for instance. When he was training with Arthur Jones circa '72 Sergio was simply mythical.
