Would have to go with Maiden on this one. Then again, never really gave Priest even 10% the attention I gave them. Other than Screaming for Vengeance, Painkiller, and maybe a combined two dozen songs from their other albums, their works is pretty much a blank for me.

Must say I hate that type of metal. Leather underwear and high-pitched voices are not my idea of manly music. Metal-wise, anything softer than Slayer's "Hell Awaits" is gay.

Always was a die hard Maiden fan...in recent times I've come to appreciate how good Priest is too.

They are both equal, Gods of Metal in my eyes.
