Getbig Wizards, Exercise Physiologists, Kinesiology Experts, Chiropractors, do you have any tips for better posture while sitting. I routinely find myself hunched over, shrugging shoulders, scrunched up sometimes, bent a bit at the waist with a rounded back which de-emphasizes the abs from stabilizing in the sitting position and transfers all to the lower back. Sometimes I try to make a concious effort to sit straight, but it always fails. Sub-consciously I always go back to the hunch position or a variant.
