I was allowed to use their CD player in case no one else was training. I saw those farts only on Tuesday evening and Saturday morning
Good memories to that place, though they had no squat rack and a poor collection of dumbbells.

guy has freaky vascularity,arms have no shape and are not thick overall,his neck tells the whole story its small he dosen't have compact thick muscle traps/neck area,off stuff he is probably pretty small .
