He is as natural as those plates are real.  They remind me of Rich's fake plates and sound like them.

I did barbell curls with 180-200lbs and curled 90's .. those plates are fake judging by how he was able to squeeze at the end and also breaking the fall with ease .. that kind of weight tears tendons and he just toys with it. I am calling BS.
