I believe the weight is real.   I have seen one guy do almost 3 plate curls for reps, and he was smaller than this guy.   and I've seen guys bigger than this guy that couldn't come close to curling this much.  but the way he moves it, the sounds it makes, makes me believe it is true.

They sound like normal plates when he is curling them. They rattle like normal plates. And when he sets down the weights, they clang like they do when you drop the weights down. The outer edges of the weights are banged up and scratched up.

From time to time I watch Kali's vids as I find him entertaining if you watch his older stuff before he got all Hollywood you will see he's quite strong his old arm vid he uses more weight than I've seen any pro bber in history use for arms ... So do I think he could curl that weight yes...
