i would really like to beat up a twink to feel some enjoyment

can i try out in a traditional martial art school for a day and beat the fuck out of ppl in sparring?


going out at night attacking ppl is not really something i wanna do so...

Still have trouble visualizing that. I am guessing that Ronnie had some associates that could move at a pace greater than his shambling trot that actually collared the bad guys. Then they chained the bad guy to a table so that he couldn't move. Then they brought in RC (probably in a wheelchair so to keep his gains). Placed RC next to the immobilized bad guy. Then they had to put an O2 tank for when RC got gassed posing or whatever. Then RC did something -- probably not involving ballistic movements, speed or endurance -- to the guy. Probably just posed.

Yeah, some release.

from what I saw people who train to fight, no matter if it's boxing or MMA, are professional at what they do.
Size does mean nothing: you can see a 120lbs guy beating the shit out of a 220

It's good, but for regular grocery store Sweet Baby's Rays is the best hands-down.

I've bought some others at specialty shops that as good or better, but pricey......one of brands. 

The best bbq sauce was my grandfather's recipe....still the best to this day.
