Can somebody explain to me how you "talk" to somebody on Facebook? I was always under the impression that you can leave cute messages pr pm's at best, does facebook has a chat function? Cause if not than our house negro Vince is full of shit.

Not on it, but it has a chat function at the bottom when you login

There should be a contest, at the beginning of each month you get one pick, if your selected bodybuilder dies during that month you get black stars for one year.

If you pick a bodybuilder and then kill them you are disqualified for that month.

Vic was a friend of mine, a close friend of Kai. I was speaking with him on Tuesday about the Arnold & he was planning to go to several shows Kai was guest posing. I was floored too to learn he died a few hrs later.

He was a great guy, very humble, very nice, very strong, raw benched over 700lbs

its the black guy in the top pic. It's a different guy at the bottom.

Thanks mike.. Like I sad he was very close with Kai, maybe his best friend. He was training a few guys for shows next yr. I heard they were waiting at the gym for him to show up. They went to his house & found him dead. No autopsy yet. He was about 6'1" 350-400lbs

No surprise why he would have died. His body was certainly in horrible, poor shape. Compound that with steroids and you will assuredly be picking out tombstones before you are 50.
