Paul Grent, Luke Woody, Flex Wheels and many more....developed serious kidney issues. Some were lucky enough like paul and flex to be able to live with the problem but some not so lucky ones like luke got hit hard.

Discuss.

So, how can we blame the keto diet for kidney damage?
Just curious bro.

That's too broad of a generalization IMO.

You can eat low protein and high "healthy" fats and still be in ketosis without fuckin up your kidneys. Bu most Bodybuilders go way high on protein for traditional kero's to make up for the caloric deficit. 500g protein a day is creating a lotta work for your kidneys.

500 grams?  So whats considered low, a gram per lb of bodyweight?

Doesn't seem fair the fatso swines can be 400 lbs for 40 years and no problem but gal is shredded 3 years and blows a kidney.

1g/Lb of lean mass (not body weight) is still high, that's what I run. About 200g/day. But much more conservative than most competitors I know.

Munzer was swimming in roids. He passed away due to internal bleeding in the stomach though.
My first cycle i had bleeding in my stomach. Was lucky enough to have still gained mass.

Flex wheeler had almost collapsed on the Olympia stage. Went too far with aas or diueritics or protein....god only knows. Happenwd to see him a couple of weeks back. Dude is still swole. Hym rat swole. But with just 1 kisney. Can anyone confirm this?

No one can ever say bb at the competitive national and beyond level is anything but protracted suicide.  That level of drug abuse is on par with severe alcoholism.  But using gear, even at huge dosages, for periods of time with breaks is not the same thing.  The kidneys and liver take a beating for sure, but these organs, especially the liver, can recover.  Staying on high dose all the time without breaks is crazy and no different than drinking to excess every single day.  A lot of people dont even think about the kidneys.  Usually you hear about liver damage from drug abuse but the kidneys take a beating and DO NOT RECOVER like the liver does.  The liver has incredible regenerative capabilities.  You can have 1/3 of a liver transplanted into you and it will grow to full size!!  Look it up. that is what they do for liver transplants.  Kidneys are more fragile but just as crucial for life.

i think the key to bring up a child to be able to dominate other ppl

is to send them to a very strict secondary school where they stay all week and only come home on weekends

then in weekend spend a lot of time with them

during the week they are forced to study then and are cut off from the outside world

this way they are very ready for advanced education by age 18 and have only friends who are serious, not meat heads and losers

 ::) ::) ::) ::)

then after a masters in legitimate course ideally high level internship in leadership programs from good company or at least MBA course

then they all set to dominate meatheads and losers, get fat paycheck and nice company car

in this process they meet virtuous intelligent woman in university

This should be printed out as a document and handed to all new parents in maternity wards upon birth of the child.  Especially masculine ones.

the worst mistake is to let a dominant woman make school decisions

if a dad drops the ball here the kid is dead meat

destined to be dominated by others unless he has some sort of very rare self organization skills like Mathilda, but that was a children's movie not real life
