This guys name is Adam and he trains people out of the gym I train at in Michigan.  Adam is one cool dude.  He is calm and collected and always their to lend a helping hand.  He just helped a local kid win the Mr. Michigan.  Adam owns a coffee shop and is a sheriff's deputy here in Michigan.  What a trip to see him here????????  Crazy..
