Slowly eliminate crap from your diet until you are eating clean
Drink a ton of water daily,then drink some more
Keep portions small
Never eat carbs (alone) by themselves
If training early in the day,eat no carbs before training
Keep protein at 1-1.5 grams per pound of
LEAN bodyweight
Take a fibre supplement
Keep carbs moderate,fats low,water high,and protein high
Train with moderate weights,with short rest periods.......keep moving,get in,then get out
