Anyone here have experience?  reccomendations? how dangerous is it?  seems worth it

its 8 years later and effects are fading back a tiny bit

might have it done again with new wave machine

its getting expensive now

I had ti done for like 2 grand both eyes

My gf has had it done.  She says it was the best money she ever spent.  Been about 4 (?) years now and she still sees perfectly.

I started to wear glasses about 2 years ago. I refuse to get contacts or Lasik.

Chicks will like the glasses on you, Flinstone.

Don't do it.  It can have irreversible negative consequences that have led some people to suicide.

The doc here in my city that is the big shot charges 8 grand for both eyes!!!  Guess I'm staying blind as a bat for a while longer  ::)

The rest of the ones around here charge 4-6 grand also.  Perople that have it done say it is fucking great though.  The price is outrageous.  8 grand!  fuck that shit.

I would not recommend it. You would not be able to jack off with the boys for 6-8 weeks.

Spunk in the eye could lead to a nasty infection.

Definitely worth it. Waking up and being able to see better than 20/20 is always a good thing especially if there's an emergency. I was blind as a bat before it. Between buying glasses, contacts, and solutions over a 10 year period, you probably come fairly close to breaking even compared to the cost of surgery.

How about waking up with permanent double or triple vision that can't be fixed?  Yeah, but think of all that money you will have saved on glasses, contacts.  Worth the risk?  No.

Wow...I've been reading these forums for maybe 6 years but this is the first time I've ever posted.

Lasik eye surgery, it's pretty kick ass.  I had terrible vision, could only read a book in bed without glasses or contacts if the book was very close to my face.  I think my contacts were -3.25 and -4.25.  But, 7 years ago I had Lasik and my vision has been 20/15 ever since.  Easily some of the best money I've ever spent!

I read that the flap they cut never heals. So when they go back in to redo your eyes they just peel back that flap. Now if you get into a fight and the flap gets torn you're screwed.
