Klaus' diet:
7am: Bowl of oats, apple and raisins.
9am: flank steak with potatoes and beef gravy
12pm: Haddock with lemon, side of carrots and peas
2pm: Protein shake with flax oil
3pm: Small beef fillet with brussel sprouts
7pm: Protein Shake with flax oil and vitamin pack
8pm: Glass of Oat milk, garlic bread with salt
10pm: Protein shake no flax oil so absorption won't be slowed down, orange, bowl of yams.
12am: Protein shake no flax oil, multi vitamins.
3am: Protein shake with flax oil for sustain release until breakfast.
This guy has his diet down...no wonder he is huge. He knows exactly when to carb and when to quick release proteins.
