Crazy. I worked out at the world gym in Groton about 12 yrs ago when he was owner/manager. Semmed like a nice guy. Monica B was working out there a couple of times when I was there.

wow, that is horrible!!

i didn't spend a ton of time with him, but from what i saw, he was pretty cool.

i feel bad for Monica, i know they were not together, but she truly loved him

Icelandic World's Strongest Man Jon Pall Sigmarsson also died of a heart attack while training in the gym. I guess if we're going to go, mine as well go doing something you love ;)
