I did bust your balls. You clearly are man enough to take it though, unlike some other fellas. Rich was a beast. Had the best calves I ever saw. He beat Vince Taylor in the America too.

I have heard the Kirk Douglas thing before too. When I am heavier it is not as evident.

Yeah,Rich had a great build.......he even beat Marty Vranicar who was winning tons of shows back then.

Hey,if you can`t take a bit of ball busting on this board you`re fucked!  :)

Jeff King trained at my gym............best calves I`ve ever seen.....when he walked around the gym,all kinds of little fibers would dance around on his calves.........great guy too.

Rich told me Jeff King was the hardest trainer he ever saw. He made Rich puke from doing triceps once. Rich and Mike Palumbo (a world champion powerlifter from Philly) used to try and make me puke while training. Good times.
